What is Divisly?
Divisly is a property-inventory app for divorce, separation and breakups. It guides people through cataloging what they own together and proposing who gets what. Divisly is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
How does Divisly work?
A client gets access to Divisly, then completes a guided inventory in the Divisly app. The inventory covers real estate, vehicles and personal property, with photos, descriptions and flags. When the client is ready, they can share the report with their attorney, mediator, or anyone else who needs it.
What does it cost my client?
$199 plus applicable tax, one time, per user, per matter, with no subscription. Your client savings code takes 10% off.
Does it cost me anything?
No. There are no fees, no obligations and nothing to set up for your firm. Your complimentary professional access lets you see how Divisly works.
Do I receive anything when a client uses my code?
No. The 10% savings goes to your client. Divisly is simply a resource you pass along to clients.
How is my client's data protected?

Can I see whether my clients are using it?

Does Divisly replace legal advice?
No. Divisly is a property-inventory tool. It isn't a law firm and doesn't provide legal advice.
What platforms is Divisly available on?
Clients complete their inventory in the Divisly app for iOS and Android. The web portal at portal.divisly.com is where clients enter a professional's code and where professionals manage their codes.
Does Divisly sell client data or use it for advertising?
No. Divisly does not sell personal information, does not share it for targeted or cross-context advertising, and does not use client content for advertising. Divisly also does not store card data. App purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and web purchases go through third-party payment processors.
Does Divisly use AI, and which AI provider does it use?
Divisly uses Google Cloud Vision to identify items from photos. Data handling and security policies are described in Divisly's Privacy Policy at divisly.com/privacy-policy.
Can a client delete their Divisly account and data?
Yes. A client can request account deletion by emailing privacy@divisly.com, and requests are processed within 30 days. After an account ends, content is deleted or de-identified under Divisly's retention policy. Divisly is not intended for anyone under 18.
Can Divisly help my clients keep track of separate property?
Yes. As your client goes through the guided inventory in the Divisly app, they can note which items they believe are their separate property, and those potential separate property claims appear in their PDF or Excel report alongside the rest of their inventory. What counts as separate property, and what happens when separate and shared money or property have been mixed, depends on the state, so Divisly doesn't decide it. A clear record gives you something concrete to work from.
